Maggie teaches vinyasa classes that encourage the exploration of movement and breath to understand the body and mind. She completed a 200-hour training at Rhinebeck Yoga Center in 2019, studying with Jivamukti-certified teacher Carla Olla. Outside of her yoga practice and teaching, Maggie is a college student studying human rights and politics. She is drawn to yoga as a practice that builds community and teaches us how to act with more love and kindness in the world.
