“I discovered my love of yoga as a teenager. I take the lessons that have served me on and off the mat from my different studies and blend them into a strong, revitalizing combo of an Iyengar-influenced focus on alignment, unique flowing Vinyasas, moments of meditative yin and relaxing restorative poses. I welcome all levels of students to my classes and encourage exploration in one’s practice.”
Since 2006, Kenna has studied with many different teachers in California, Costa Rica and the Caribbean. She completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in Baja at Yandara in January 2015. She taught in Denver during the year and a half that she lived there, as well as via many pop-ups and private lessons during her travels. Now, she’s back in the Hudson Valley and living in her hometown.
